Yuiko is a very sweet and kindhearted girl. She is so nice that she is often taken advantaged of by her classmates and forced to do things in order to preserve their friendships. However, she does not resent them for doing so, in fact, she does not think that she is being used and believes that her classmates are good people.
Yuiko is quite a ditzy character, and is open with her emotions. In her attempt to befriend Aoyagi Ritsuka, she actually broke down and cried twice during lessons because Ritsuka would ignore her. Even so, she is actually quite sharp and sensitive to the emotions of people around her.
Being all of twelve years of age, Yuiko is understandably innocent and naïve and believes in the good of people. |
